    1.I think this is one of the earlier platoons of the Oxf and Bucks.
    2.The picture was taken in front of Long Block which was then the Rifle Depot.
    3.This must have been post 1958 for they are all wearing the Green Jacket cap-badge which I assume is the Green Jacket Brigade one, but clearly wearing the cross belt (The officer) of the Oxf and Bucks.
    4.Strange to see the Pl Sergeant (Both 60th and RB did) and junior NCO’s carrying canes but I assume they did so in their original regiment.
